Product: 'The Worldwide Directory of Mobile Network Operators'
1. My purchasing manager wants a guarantee of database quality (how much of the contact list is guaranteed as correct? 85%, 90%, 95%?). What can the client support can do for us? The inaccurate/duplicate contacts will be replaced or refunded?
The Publisher wrote: The accuracy of data, in general is more than 75%; the difference mainly accounts to: frequent dispositions, inter/ intra departmental change of roles/duties/transfers.
