This 2nd edition builds upon the success of the 2006 edition. Featuring further entries within the active MVNO profiles chapter, details of planned MVNOs which are yet to launch and a further section with information about rumoured MVNO operations.

Profiles of certain resellers have also been incorporated into The MVNO Directory. These organisations do not buy minutes of use off their host carrier network but do still manage the customer relationships. The purpose of The MVNO Directory is to provide details of companies which operate as mobile networks but are not carriers, therefore we have decided that these operations should be included in the directory.
